Team falcons enhanced pokemon list (incomplete):
Team falcon often modifies pokemon to make the stronger, live longer, and often be more able to process human like topics and act on their own.  This is mostly done with genetic modification, but other methods were sometimes used.  This was started before team falcon was officially formed by a legal corporation amid a ton of opposition, eventually leading to the government shutting down the projects, destroying the data, and killing the pokemon, and thus, team falcons violent creation.  Team falcon continued the projects after this to a much greater degree than before, as they no longer follow laws and seek to build a fighting force to maintain their goals
As pokemon (in my stories) are not solely made from static DNA, these modifications often had more changes then planed, and often alter the pokemon anatomy
Although enhanced pokemon are usually much smarter than base forms, it is often difficult to teach them “human” topics, especially to non-bipeds.  This lead to them experimenting with turning people into pokemon so they maintain their memories and knowledge of human skills, and then to creating human hybrids
All enhanced pokemon are incapable of mega evolution and can’t use z-moves, with hybrids this also applies, meaning a hybrid made from an enhanced pokemon can’t cause a pokemon to mega evolve
As with other experiments/procedures team falcon undertakes eeveelutions were used first and were the easiest to alter, but often had less predictable results

Enhanced pokemon were originally just for hybrids and were a way of stat balancing so we could pick whatever pokemon we wanted and not have them be weaker than the few on the top, legendary  were also bared.  You got to add to the base stats until it reached 600 as it was the normal top for non-mega evolutions.  We had the rule that you can’t dump them all into an offensive stat, and if you had over 100 to add there were more restrictions.  You were also allowed to give your character a side ability(but not a superpower) provided it could be reasonably argued that the pokemon species could obtain the ability, or how it would be added)


Special riolu/lucario (not a branched evolution so it is grouped)

no major base stat changes, but can get 150% of the normal EV points give enough time(grows slower)

Notes:
First human pokemon hybrid created by <team falcon’s old name>, the predecessor to team falcon
All subjects were killed by government agents, with only one exception, this project was a result of years of destroyed research, and would be impossible to recreate for team falcon
All alterations were done before hatching, and most subjects were raised like human children causing most scientists involved to see them as equal to humans.  This caused a large amount of anger and lead to the militant nature of team falcon

Ryan is the only survivor, of this group, I debated if I was going to put this one on the list but did because I had to wait to ask something and did not want to stop

Alteration list and intended results:
Traits from mudkip*(* means whole line) and quagsire were added to improve physical stats, especially defense
Some traits form Primarina (high Sp. Attack) were added in an attempt to add another water type to the standard intelligence changes  
As with all others traits from riolu, uxie (although team falcon never obtained a major sample) ,alakazam... (more)… to increase their overall intelligence, the presence of the uxie DNA was always kept secret to the point where the government had(and still has) no idea team falcon obtained a sample although their secret indirect sample does not provide much other than its basic copied use (and you will have 0 chance of obtaining the traits by comparting this to a normal vaporeon)
Also received the standard charged to try and extend pokemons lifespan (RL note, I have not decided on these)
Later traits from both Audino and Noibat were added to aid in underwater acoustic research, as the audino that team falcon uses for research don’t fare well underwater

This was my personal character, at first I was not going to add anything to the attack stat, but sense this is becoming more of a story of DA then a game with my brother I changed it to make it more logical with changes (they were added to sp attack)
My characters side ability is to have a sound version of how toph from avatar can see, as I always found it cool/intriguing, although my character can still see unlike her.  Also it does not have the same resolution up close, and my character would not be able to find ants with it, but it works underwater
I think I could have gotten away with just adding mudkip/swampert traits for the ability, but the others were added to help)
